CATS Boston’s Co-Ed tennis team competes in the spring season, which runs from the end of March through the middle of May, as part of the Southeastern New England Independent School Athletic Association (SENEISAA) within NEPSAC. The team is comprised of 10 players who compete in each match of the season. All league matches are set up with 4 singles competitions and three doubles competitions. In season, the team trains?twice a week. The season schedule includes seven matches, including the SENEISAA Tennis Tournament.?
Outside of the competitive spring season, CATS Boston partners with the Weymouth Club to offer “Cardio Tennis” exercise classes for our students. These training sessions incorporate tennis into a cardio workout program and is geared toward players of all experience and interest levels. These sessions are offered throughout the fall and winter seasons.??
