Ms. Hoffman is a highly experienced College Counselor, joyfully spending her career on both sides of the admissions desk. Through her vast experience she has learned what admission staff are looking for at the college level, and has guided students through the application process at schools and colleges in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Montreal. Each summer, she enjoys mentoring High School students at programs on college campuses, including UCLA, Berkeley, Yale, Wellesley and Columbia.
A passionate lifelong learner, Ms. Hoffman takes courses at Harvard and MIT, staying very engaged with the evolving landscape of higher education, especially the impact of AI.
She loves the diversity of CATS Boston students from around the world as well as the chance to practice Spanish and French at school and in the dorms.
Outside of school, she’s deeply involved in the performing arts, singing in choirs and volunteering with theater companies in Boston.
A huge fan of travel, she has explored 49 states and five continents, Hawaii and Australia are the last on the list. She has visited more than 100 colleges around the world trying to find great options for her CATS Boston families, most recently in the UK and Canada.
Above all, Ms. Hoffman loves helping students discover great-fit colleges and celebrating their successes.
