Dr Lehan began his career in the Osseo Area Schools of Minnesota, advancing from Dean of Students to Principal of Osseo Senior High School, where the school earned consistent national recognition from?U.S. News & World Report?as one of America’s “Best High Schools.” He was named Minnesota Principal of the Year and concluded his tenure in Osseo as Assistant Superintendent, overseeing PK–12 finance, teaching and learning, student services, and community engagement.
Dr. Lehan later served as Senior Vice President and Head of School at IMG Academy and most recently led 10 campuses across Texas and Colorado with Fusion Education Group, championing innovation, culture, and personalized learning.
A former NFL player with the Miami Dolphins and Cleveland Browns, he brings a leadership style grounded in teamwork, resilience, and shared purpose. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Learning and is deeply committed to fostering student growth, innovation, and success.
